Easy Returns

You may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.
Shopoile guarantees to refund any item purchased on our store with which you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will pay for return shipping if the problem is due to shopoile’s fault. Otherwise you are responsible for the shipping fee.

Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays.) We will email you to confirm the refund. The funds will be returned via your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on your bank/card issuer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds (if applicable)
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receipt of your returned package. And it takes another 5-10 days for the refund to be back to your account. Once the refund is processed, we will send you a notification e-mail.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopoile.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
